This Agreement represents the Terms and Conditions in relation to The Dog Den Farm Adventures (TDDFA).

TDDFA will take place on private land, located in Puhoi. This block consists of  native bush, ponds and farmland on approximately 100 acres. TDDFA has a barn onsite within a fenced yard, which provides a secure area to unload and load the dogs from/into the van. TDDFA will take place on the surrounding farmland. The land is fenced, but is not dog-proof. The farm is currently used for a small number of livestock, and the livestock will be rotated between various paddocks to avoid any interaction with TDDFA.

Transportation will be provided by TDDFA, and dogs must be dropped off no later than 9:00am.

All dogs taking part in TDDFA must sign a Day Care Enrolment Form and pass a day care trial, as, on occasion, they may need to go into day care before and / or after attending TDDFA.

4. I the owner understand, confirm and accept the following about my dogs behaviour:
   • There are risks associated with my dog being with other dogs in an off-lead farm environment
   • There are risks associated with my dog being transported in a vehicle
   • TDDFA is not liable for any injuries or illnesses resulting during their attendance
   • I have disclosed all known history of my dog, and confirm that there is:
     • no sign of aggression or biting other dogs or humans and they have no need, either by deed or breed, to wear a muzzle or an electronic collar
     • no sign of chasing or causing any stress / damage to livestock
     • no history of running away from home and / or the owner when off lead or jumping fences / gates
     • consistent recall and frequent socialisation on and off lead
     • no concern with my dog being around water
     • no history of car sickness, hyper activity or excessive barking whilst in a moving vehicle
   • If at any stage my dog's behaviour causes TDDFA any health and safety concerns my dog may be asked to not attend, including but not limited to
     • Not responding to normal recall by voice and / or whistle
     • Disappearing from sight for longer than 5 minutes
     • Jumping any fences on the property or into neighbouring land
     • worrying livestock
     • Inappropriate and / or confrontational interactions with other dogs
5. I, the owner, understand, confirm and accept the following about my dog's health:
   • My dog has no existing injuries and / or limitations to movement after surgery and can run freely through dense bush and on slippery tracks - if so full vet clearance to be given in writing
   • My dog is up to date with worming and flea medications
   • If my dogs has skin sensitivities, I accept that TDDFA will shower my dog as part of the service, but that I may wish to discuss with my vet any preventative or curative medication I can use
   • Grass seeds, grass burrs and gorse are present on the property and I accept the risks associated with my dog getting these onto its skin
   • My dog will not be fed less than an hour prior to drop off, to prevent gastric bloat or car sickness
6. I, the owner, represent, understand and accept the following about payments:
   • Adventures are payable in advance or on the day
   • late payments will occur a 10% penalty after 10 days
   • Reduced rates are available by pre-purchasing Credit packages
   • if no credits are available Casual Rates apply
   • Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of the booking date.
   • Concession passes for TDDFA are valid for 8 weeks
7. I, the owner, understand and accept the following:
   • My dog must wear a car harness to be transported by TDDFA (provided by owner)
   • I expressly waive and relinquish any and all claims against TDDFA, its employees and representatives, except those arising from negligence on the part of TDDFA
   • I am liable for any medical care costs as a result of any injuries caused by my dog to any human or dog / s whilst in the care of TDDFA
   • I am liable for any costs associated with the repair or replacement of any property damaged by my dog whilst in the care of TDDFA
   • If any medical problems develop while my dog is in the care of the TDDFA, and I am not available by telephone, TDDFA will do whatever they deem necessary for the safety, health and wellbeing of my dog and I agree to assume full financial responsibility for any and all expenses incurred
