Do I need to book for the day care?
Bookings are to be made 24 hours in advance for day care and are subject to availability - exceptions will be made for quiet days. This is also for the safety of our guests, as we have limit to the number of guests we can have each day.
Can I view The Dog Den before booking?
For our customers to have peace of mind we welcome you to visit our facility. Please contact us to arrange a viewing time.
What happens if my dog doesn’t get on with another dog?
The Dog Den is extremely strict in only accepting social dogs with no history of aggression. This ensures all the dogs are happy in one another’s company, so it’s unlikely your dog will not get on with another dog. Dog’s usually form their own social groups with dogs who enjoy similar activities, like running, playing, sniffing ….
Do I need to book for the spa?
Bookings are essential for all spa services to avoid disappointment. please call our office or book online.
Do I need to book for boarding?
Bookings are to be made 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
Do I need to book for the taxi service?
Bookings are to be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability
Will my dog be supervised at all times?
Yes. Your dog will be under constant supervision by our experienced supervisors. The site and will NEVER be left unattended.
Can my puppy come to The Dog Den ?
Yes. The day care centre is a great environment for your puppy to grow and socialise. We accept puppies that are 12 weeks or older and once they are out of their vaccination period. We also separate the dogs according to temperament, activity level and/or size.
Desexing of dogs
All dogs over 7 months old must be neutered.
Can I drop my dog off for grooming even if they do not attend day care?
Yes. Bookings are essential and can be done online or by calling our office.
