One thing we see every day at daycare is how much dogs thrive on routine. Increasing visits, even slightly, helps reinforce a steady routine that dogs naturally thrive on. Families often notice: better social skills, less excess energy (and fewer chewed shoes), happier, more settled dogs overall
To make regular daycare easier and more affordable, we’re introducing our VIP Platinum Membership — a simple weekly payment that gives you a set daily rate of $43 (per dog). The best value doggy daycare on the Shore.
With VIP Platinum, you can lock in a consistent routine that fits around work, family, and life. It’s no‑fuss, great value, and designed to support happier dogs!
You choose the number of days (3, 4, or 5 per week) that best suits your budget and spread the cost with manageable weekly payments - just like a gym membership, but for your pup.
To sweeten the deal even more, every VIP Platinum member receives a free Wash, Dry & Nail Trim every four weeks. You will also get preferential treatment for daycare availability.

VIP Platinum Membership - Terms and Conditions
- The Platinum rate is only available when paid in advance of attendance, by automatic payment. No exceptions. The payment must be visible in our bank account on the day of attendance.
- A VIP Platinum Membership Form must be completed to join.
- Additional days can be purchased, at the Platinum rate (ideal for busy weeks)
- Unpaid memberships will be cancelled, and we will charge at our causal or concession rates, if applicable.
- If you're planning on going away, we can move your credits to another week “owed (credit) days”, by providing one weeks written notice.
- If your pet is unwell, please notify us by 8am on the booked day. We cannot issue an “owed day” if notified after 8am.
- “Owed days” expire after 1 month.
- “Owed days” are non‑refundable and must be used before a membership is cancelled.
- Minimum sign‑up period is 3 months. An early cancellation fee of $100 applies if you cancel within this period (unless special circumstances apply).
- After the 3‑month minimum, memberships can be cancelled anytime, by providing one week’s written notice.
- We are closed on Public Holidays and between Christmas and New Year. If your Platinum day falls on a closed date, you will receive a “Owed day” with extended expiry for the Christmas break.
